    @hashedram Actually, that was their usual strategy of "embrace, extend, extinguish" at work. That's why they take shit and deliberately make it incompatible. At the time, MS was dreaming of an MS controlled web.

    More common than you might think. The number of companies that bought into an IE only infrastructure 20 years ago and currently can't afford, or don't want to upgrade, is sky high.

    I'm dealing with relics all around..
    Just today I had to add 5 fields in some form.. not so bad, right? Until you find out it's an oooold asp page.. that has jquery, ext & position absolute in it.. o.O

    @AlmondSauce We also develop products with new and dated frameworks, which is specifically designed for Chromium browsers and stuff, but that has almost nothing to do with what I do at the company.
