    I have never seen a potato turn pink or purple. Interesting.

    I think the only unsafe color of potatoes is green or black. Not even sure on black. But green spots or green potatoes contain a toxin. The same toxin the leaves of potatoes have.

    @Demolishun I knew the Idaho man would comment! Thanks I didn’t see any green or black. I’ll let you know if I start puking my guts out

    @TeachMeCode remember this is for posterity. So be honest. How did the sketchy potato make you feel?

    @Demolishun I haven’t eaten it yet. Wanted to wait for someone to chime in

    @TeachMeCode

    When a purple potato comes along, you must eat it

    Before the sour cream sets out too long, you must eat it

    When the colors going wrong, you must eat it

    @Demolishun not feeling too bad, got some gas but I could’ve had the same symptoms eating a can of beans or a burrito supreme lol

    @jestdotty lol, we have our pluses and minuses. We have a few people who escaped Canada by sneaking across the border.

    Potatoes having black spots is usually due to humidity. Same with carrots. Once you peel them, they are usually just fine.

    @CoreFusionX thanks! I’ll keep that in mind

    @TeachMeCode
    If it happens often, it means that the place you store them in ain't as dry and not sunny as you thought.

    I mean, I've had potatoes last for like, one year.

    @CoreFusionX thanks, i don’t mind the slight sourness to them bc the ketchup masks it damn well. I had a slight belly ache which could’ve been from anything else I ate. I didn’t want to toss in the trash and waste food, I hate wasting food
