    @arcioneo job ads aren't contracts 😉
    What they want, and what they get aren't always the same thing.

    @nitwhiz
    Good luck you dropout, welcome to the rebellion!!

    My dad told me college wasn’t for everyone, even though he didn’t particularly make it passed high school because he had to raise us 😂

    Tbh you either make it by staying in college the full for years and at least get six figures out of it or just stay at a company for 5-10 years and wish for the best 👌

    Good luck on your journey, brother 😄

    @Nanos the real question is do people with degrees actually apply for the job?

    @arcioneo I dropped out from uni directly into a full time job. I fucking hated the ways things were done on uni. My job position required a degree. My boss is a uni drop-out too and knows that paper doesn't guarantee quality worker, so it doesn't matter.

    One of our most devoted SME used to be a taxi driver and barman, he handles US mobile network configuration now. Our most recent colleague used to be a cook in a fast food below our offices, then he decided he wants to work here and gained the skills needed.

    University degree doesn't means jack shit when it comes to real life. It's good if you have one, but workers without it can be valuable too.
