Is WML, the markup language obsolete??
It's covered in a Web engineering course I'm doing (quite in detail too) but a bit of research seems to show its not used at all anymore. I really don't get why were taught this shit sometimes!

    It's probably because of some dead weight teacher/professor they can't get rid of.

    There was this colleague once who was a Certified Adobe Flash Instructor back in late 2010. Fast forward 6 years now, she's still teaching that crap because of a clause in her hiring contract that doesn't allow management to get rid of her.

    Students think it's latest tech; and use the rubbish she teaches to job hunt.

    I was tought gwt, but at least it contains value which apply for lots of different things.

    Im currently working in Web Based system that written in WML Language that communicate in C language Server.
