    Step 1: download Process Explorer
    Step 2: replace Task Manager with Process Explorer
    Step 3: set Process Explorer to always start as Admin
    Step 4: kill process

    Windows also has something called "system account" level permissions which is one level above administrative..

    Correct me if I'm wrong. I think this happens when an admin who created the file is no longer on the computer.

    Hahah so true I have a file in my external drive which I am unable to delete because windows explorer shows it but when I delete it it shows file not found!

    @dontbeevil yea, maybe corrupted file! Because I already scanned whole drive with 3 Diff AV's none of them reported viruses or malware.

    Come on everyone knows the first thing you do on Windows is add the "take ownership" reg key your context menu to automate making stuff under your control
